At Crossfit Efficient, we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training. Our highly qualifed and skilled Coaches at CrossFit Efficient are actively enriching the lives of our members and creating a community of like minded people who love being healthy and strong. CrossFit Efficient, is a world-class CrossFit box located in the heart of Guwahati-03. Our aim is to make fitness accessible, make training fun and make a healthy lifestyle easier to start and maintain. We believe that fitness is not a privilege, but a necessity in today’s stressful and arduous life. CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown but for the unknowable.

Our program is based on CrossFit methodology. This means we do constantly varied, functional movements at high-intensity. Functional movements are organic in nature, innate to our DNA and essential to our quality of life. We will train for longevity, train for health and most of all, and we will train for fun. We take pride in building the highest quality CrossFit facilities and staff with only the best of the best. Our coaching staff has many years of CrossFit training experience. We are going to make sure that everyday you leave us feeling a little bit (or a lot) better than how you entered.

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.


The magic is in the movements. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. CrossFit workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.


Off the carbs, off the couch. The CrossFit lifestyle—a combination of diet and exercise—is the key to fitness and long-term health.

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc., hard and fast. Five or six days per week, mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
